What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, EFTPOS, and all major credit cards in store, including VISA and MasterCard. We also accept China UnionPay credit cards. Online orders can be checked out using PayPal or a valid credit card.

When are your stores open?

Each store has different opening hours. You can find your nearest Florentine Eyewear store on our Store Locations page, and call the store you are planning to visit to get information on opening hours . Alternatively, you can visit the website of the outlet centre your nearest Florentine Eyewear store is located within to find information on trading hours.

Does my purchase carry a warranty?

All products purchased from Florentine Eyewear have 12 month warranty in addition to your rights given as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant regulations.

If you purchased a product from our Designer & Lifestyle range, you have 12 month manufacturer warranty on frame or craftsmanship defects. Should you experience any difficulty with the quality of the product, you can return it to us to be sent back to the manufacturer for a repair or replacement (as per the manufacturer's assessment).

If you purchased a product from our Florentine Collection or Incredible Discounts range, the warranty is provided by us. Should your product becomes defective within the first 12 month, you can return it to us for a repair or replacement.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Please choose carefully in store, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. All online orders can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging, and include all tags, paperwork and accessories included with your delivery.

Can I put an item on lay-by?

We accept lay-bys on all of our products in store. You must agree to pay a non-refundable 20% deposit of the total price of the product on lay-by, and complete the lay-by payments within 6 weeks. Please ask our staff in store for details. Unfortunately we do not provide lay-by online.

Can you help me source a particular style of sunglasses?

Our large supplier network means we can try to source most designer brands available in the Australian market. Please visit one of our stores to discuss your request with our staff - we would be very happy to help.
