PRICING

All payments for orders will be made in Australian Dollars (AUD)

GST will be indicated with the price on the checkout page. 

The purchase receipt will clearly state how much GST you have paid on each item.

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot offer a tax return at purchase. 

PAYMENT

We offer a variety of payment methods in-store and online; Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. 

For your protection, we do not store any credit card information or other payment data. 

Payment for your order will be taken when you place the order.

We will refund your order where your order does not comply with these conditions. 

TO PLACE AN ORDER YOU MUST...

Currently be over 18 years of age. By placing an order with us you promise that this is indeed the case.

Have a valid credit / debit card that is acceptable for us and authorise us to process charges on your card to the amount of your order.

RECEIPTS

Once we have processed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. This email receipt does not represent a contract. Orders placed may be subject to a security check. 

In the event your order is subject to a security check, you will receive an email from info@florentineeyewear.com.au requesting further information.

In the event your order is subjected to a security check, there will be a delay. The duration of this delay is subject on case by case basis based on the information provided to us by you the customer. 

Failure to respond to a request for further information within seven business days will result in the cancellation of the order. 

In the case of the cancellation issued by us we will provide a full refund within 7-10 business days. 

Orders placed on sale products are subject to our ‘Sale Items’ Policy. 

AVAILABILITY 

All orders are subject to availability.

If in the case your product is not available after purchase, we will offer a full refund. 

Florentine Eyewear has the right to cancel any order we deem to be suspicious or unlawful. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are sold unused and in brand new condition. We do not sell any products that are not brand new. 

All sale items sold in this condition are sold without the possibility of return, exchange or refund.

All items prior to shipping are quality inspected by our trained members of staff. 

 

CREDIT

Florentine Eyewear offers credit that is valid for up to 12 months from issue unless otherwise stated. 

ORDERS 

We seek to fulfil all orders placed once they have been paid for and approved. 

However if stock for some reason is not available, we will process a refund for the full purchase amount within 7-10 working days
