Refund Policy

 

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all inserts and original tags attached.


Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

* Some health and personal care items


To lodge your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Within seven working days of receiving your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days dependant on the original payment method used.

If your request is not approved, we will return your item to you or make it available for pick-up in one of our stores.  


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@florentineeyewear.com.au.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Please choose carefully as all purchases made on sale items are final.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Each pair of sunglasses comes with the minimum one year warranty. 

However this time period may change dependant on manufacturer.

This warranty does not cover general wear and tear ie. scratches on the lenses, change of mind, or misuse of sunglasses ie. wearing on the head.

WARRANTY PROCESSING 

For all warranty requests, we will forward your sunglasses to the respective manufacturer. 

All approved replacements and warranty fulfilment is subject to their assessment and approval. 

We are unable to change or alter this decision, and cannot act for the customer in any further request of this nature. 

 

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to: U23 125 Rooks Road, Melbourne, VIC, 3131, Australia.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
