Customer orders are shipped from either our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria or one of our Retail stores depending on the location of available stock. Orders will be fulfilled from a location at the discretion of Florentine Eyewear. 

Currently Florentine Eyewear only ships domestically across Australia. We do not accept any orders placed or shipped to outside of Australia. 

There is a flat shipping rate of $12 and $20 respectively for all orders across Australia. This covers processing, handling and fulfilment.


Each pair of sunglasses is assessed for any defects prior to shipping by one of our trained staff. 

Orders are processed 10am-3pm Monday to Friday excluding Australian public holidays and weekends. 

Orders placed outside of these times will not be processed until the aforementioned time period above. 

Orders generally take 2-5 Business days to be delivered. Deliveries to rural Australia may experience further delays.

Please consider small delays during sales periods and logistical delays as a result of COVID-19. 


We use Australia Post to ship all orders across Australia. 


Please review your address carefully at checkout as we cannot accept changes to orders once it has been fulfilled.

Currently in-store pickup is not available at any of our locations across Australia.

Once this return has been approved, you will receive a shipping label from us. A courier of our discretion will pick-up the item from your original delivery address. 

If you would like to drop-off your return in-store, please email us at Once approved, we will provide you with an approval of return confirmation.  

When returning your online purchase in-store, please have your approval of return and order number ready for one of our sales staff.

Please provide information on the faults of the item. Items shipped to our return address without the approval of a return will not be accepted. 


We will organise a shipping label for you once a request for return has been lodged. Likewise a return may be made in-store with prior approval from us, as mentioned in our 'Returns' policy.

We will cover the costs of shipping for any return in Australia.
